Understanding the client's needs and preferences is where we excel. We're not looking for a quick booking; we're looking for return customers. The only way this can happen is if you are 100% satisfied with our travel planning. Obviously we have no control over airline delays and such, but we are committed to quality in the planning and follow-up stages of your trip. We'll ask questions and do research until we completely understand what you're looking for in a travel experience.

Fees

The only fees we charge to our clients are for booking individual airfares.  We charge $10 per seat for a U.S. domestic airfare and $20 per seat for an international airfare. The only reason we charge this is because airlines no longer commission travel agents.

In certain situations, usually when working with groups, we charge fees for arranging travel because often group rates are non-commissionable. If this is the case, we always inform the client upfront of what the fees are.
